About: Lady Bird Johnson Middle school is the first net zero public school in the state of Texas, and the first net zero middle school and the largest net zero public school in the country. The two-story school achieved a LEED Gold certification by optimizing interior lighting, exterior lighting, and heating/cooling by approximately 33%, 86%, and 40%, respectively.

About: Hunt Corporation Headquarters is a 14-story office building and retail space located in downtown Dallas.  The building achieved LEED Silver Certification by reducing water used for irrigation by 50% and harvesting daylight to reduce energy consumption.

Name: Dallas Fire Station 27

Location: Dallas, Texas

Square Footage: 23,000 SF

About: Fire Station 27 will be the first multi-story fire station in Dallas in over 100 years with an 18-personal vehicle parking garage below grade and sleeping quarters on the second level. The station will be carbon neutral, meeting the Dallas 2030 Challenge requirements, and is projected to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
